For the past 2 months, Turkcell has charged me more than 200 TL for a 4GB per month VINN account which should cost me no more than 30TL a month. My internet usage is so minimal (barely 2G per month) and my first few months reflected such.
After logging a complaint last month, and after them making me think that it was my VINN splitter that didn't have a password on it so neighbors were using my bandwidth (not true in the end), I stopped using my splitter last month and I STILL have a 200+ bill.
Another 1 hour long argument with them about my incorrect bill (and them saying they were going to CHARGE me for an itemized invoice by email), and now they claim that it must be because my computer has a virus that makes it download GBs of info without my permission or knowledge. No, that's not the case.
After asking around, a number of friends had this same complaint against turkcell, not just with VINN but with kontors being deducted from their phones without them having used the phone (being told "they must have subscriptions they forgot about that automatically deduct kontors". no.)
So, I will be taking my biz elsewhere after 10 years with turkcell. they will lose me as a cep phone customer AND as an internet svc subscriber. bastards.
