    Thumbs up Turkcell Comes Through

    Okay, I had to call 3 times and get through some terrible English skills, and give them an incredible amount of information short of my blood type and a urine sample, but I persevered.

    Basically, I was not getting the 10 minutes for 0.50 TL that they had advertised. How did they solve it? By giving me 50TL worth of free calling that expires at the end of this month.
