Actually I popped in to the police station at Yildiz park and while I was there they called the restaurant and gave them a warning (we'll see what, if any, effect it will have, but at least they seemed to take it seriously. The officers then said that if I have any more problems, I can call 155 for the police and they'll tell them to stop (I was kind of hoping for an "or else"...). And don't worry, it was some woman singing (or it could have been a drunk cat being strangled to death, I'm not sure), but definitely not Bohemian Rhapsody.. At least that would have been (mildly) entertaining...
