Spine et al... furniture purchases in Ankara?

Hey folks...

I'm an old player from EIT, and I'm looking for some advice from the Ankarites.

I'll be moving out there next summer. I lack furniture. There are some interesting items to be had where I currently work, but nothing like the stuff I see coming out of Indonesia, India, Morocco. It may make sense for me to hold off until I get to Turkey.

I lived a spell in Istanbul, but furniture wasn't on my mind in those days. Obviously, Turkey is famous for its carpets... but what other real collectibles can be had at a decent price? Do you find interesting antiques in Ankara? Quality woodwork and handcrafting?
