    Default Anybody taken civil action in Turkey ?

    Last year we departed with a rather large sum of money in a Tapu scam and are taking the man to court. Our Ankara-based English-speaking lawyer has been very good about keeing us up to date on what is expected to happen i.e. legal notice served in November, date first court hearing expected to be fixed early 2010 and then 12 months to 18 months before a court decision. THis is quite clear to me but I would be interested if anyone had any personal experience to relate of how it actually happens.
